He currently acts as a coach and mentor to CXOs, Senior Leadership teams and to students and new joiners, who are looking for direction in their corporate journey.
He brings over 25 years of experience in some of the largest banks and investment management firms, having led teams across finance, operations, risk management, business continuity, administration, physical and logical security to name a few. Ashish is currently on the Advisory Board of CoachnCoachee, and was also on the Advisory Board for the Institute of Risk Management (IRM) in India for over 3 years. He is a speaker at numerous events and panels.
He has trained for over 3 years to be a Biography counselor, to which he owes his spiritual journey. He has trained for another 6 months for a Harvard Business Programme.
His core skill has been in forming new teams and mentoring, coaching, developing team members from varied backgrounds. He attributes his success to his ability to apply new ideas, resourcefulness and innovation to propel his teams o higher levels of maturity, overcome roadblocks and building competitive advantage.
