I am an engineer by education, passed out from Delhi College of Engineering in 2001. I spent 24 years in the software industry helping create meaningful outcomes for Adobe, Microsoft, Cisco, HP, and Citi. I led teams, transformations, innovation and talent elevation activities at these companies. In my last role at Citi, as a VP, I was responsible for leading teams that contributed to the transformation agenda of the bank, streamlining productivity, helping elevate talent including leading leadership training and contribute to Engineering Excellence.
My coaching journey began in 2007 when i was the Self Expression and Leadership Coach for 4 people. I led them for 3 months, helping them create a new possibility, and realize that possibility in their community. I got certified as an International Coaching Federation Professional Coach (PCC) in 2023 affirming my expertise and 500 hours of coaching. To coach and facilitate groups effectively, I got certified as a Group Coach by Group Coaching HQ in 2024. I have coached individuals as well as done corporate engagements. My corporate engagements have been with PSUs like PNB, UBI, SAIL as well as MNCs such as IBM. I have coached a CFO, multiple Chief General Managers, directors, HR managers and leaders from Banking, Software, Automotive, Steel manufacturing, NGOs, startups among others.
At my heart I am an explorer, like exploring different facets of life. I have undertaken journeys with Art of Living, Serenity Surrender, Landmark Education, Ira Waldorf Education, and Vipassana. Playing a sport, doing yoga, meditating and running help me be fit and present in the moment. My teenage daughter's challenges at times thwart me and teach me to be purposefully present.
