consultant with two decades of experience across IT, financial services, and
government consulting, Sailu helps individuals navigate change, uncover new

Sailu’s holistic coaching methodology incorporates principles from transactional
analysis and positive psychology, providing deep insights into personal and
professional growth. Her coaching journey has been enriched by working with a
diverse clientele including entrepreneurs, academia, federal leaders, early to
mid-career professionals, executives, and women returning to work after a break.
Sailu started her career supporting talent initiatives for the D.E. Shaw Group. Her
most recent corporate role was as a Training Manager for HighPoint where her
team planned and executed all facets of training design & development for a
multi-million federal healthcare contract. She holds a master's in I/O psychology
from the University of Maryland and a certificate in organization consulting and
change leadership from Georgetown University. She is also certified to
administer the MBTI and Hogan suite of personality assessments.
