Shweta stared her career as a frontline sales person with SRL Ranbaxy and ICICI Prudential. After successfully spending couple of years in sales she discovered her passion for training and eventually transitioned to the Sales Training Team in ICICI Prudential. In her 22 years of work experience she has worked in the corporate sector for 9+ years primarily in the areas of Sales, Sales Training and Trainer Development. In 2011 she moved out of a full-time job and stared her journey as a Sales Transformation and Leadership Trainer. As she expanded her training expertise in the areas of Personal Transformation and Leadership Development, she often started having one on one conversations with participants for their personal growth.  She received encouraging feedback from participants who found these conversations very meaningful. This led to expanding her scope from Training Interventions to Training & Coaching interventions.

Shweta is a an Executive Coach from TPC Leadership India and currently on her journey to become an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from ICF. She is an NVC (Nonviolent Communication) practioner since 2014 and has been on the Personal Transformation Journey through various interventions like ‘Enablers of Leadership Transformation’ and ‘Who Am I’
